Paid Orientation and Training

• Up to $5,000 Sign-On Bonus With Quicker Payout for Experienced Drivers
• $600 In-Truck Bonus when you get into your own truck + $1,000/week guaranteed pay during your first two weeks in your truck
• Average regional drivers are earning $1,400-$1,850/week, with top 25% of drivers earning as much as $2,400/week
• NEW Increased Tarp Pay: earn $40 for smoke and steel tarping and $50 for lumber tarping ⎻ an increase of more than 20% over previous rates

Positions are open for experienced and non-experienced CDL drivers.

TMC is known for getting drivers home every weekend. If you'd rather stay out longer and boost your paycheck, the choice is yours. Our Continuous Run Program builds on TMC's performance-based percentage pay system, where drivers earn a percentage of every load they haul based on efficiency, safety, and other metrics.

Drivers who stay out longer earn an increased percentage on their loads:

• +1% after staying out one weekend
• +2% after staying out two weekends
• +3% after three or more weekends on the road

You keep that additional percentage until you go home ⎻ home time on your terms, extra pay when you want it.

Requirements and Skills

• Valid Class A CDL
• No recent DOT-reportable accidents or DUIs
• Minimum 23 years of age
• Military experience equivalency may substitute for some requirements
