• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay: $28.00/hour
• Hours: Monday-Friday 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM; Scheduled working hours are based on seasonality of Bayer Built Woodworks, Inc.

JOB SUMMARY:

Bayer Built Woodworks Truck Loaders are a vital part of the company’s commitment to excellence and integrity in serving the needs of our customers by ensuring that each and every quality-built product that leaves our facility is safely loaded and secured on our delivery trucks. Our Truck Loaders hand loads each trailer to assist in efficiency for the drivers, and to ensure the customers product arrives as they expect it.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Pre-load doors, check off product and secure product for delivery
• Load millwork cart and load millwork by hand
• Load bifold doors
• Staging trucks and trailers for loading
• Unload returns
• Quality control
• Verify ship tickets and final loading dock inspections
• Housekeeping

SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Clean trailers upon return
• Plug trucks in
• Assist other departments when needed

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Work well with others
• Good math skills
• Good reading skills
• Loading doors into trailers manually

CREDENTIALS & EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year of warehouse distribution or millwork experience

Monday-Friday 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM; Scheduled working hours are based on seasonality of Bayer Built Woodworks, Inc.
